I am nominating Professor Larson because she is one of the most exceptional educators I have had the privilege of learning from. As a nursing student navigating the challenges of a demanding curriculum, there have been times when the journey felt overwhelming. However, Professor Larson consistently created a supportive and respectful environment, recognizing and validating the struggles we face. Her compassion, dedication, and genuine love for nursing have not only inspired me but also reaffirmed my commitment to the profession. I am truly honored and grateful to have been her student.

From the very beginning, she has been more than just an educator; she has been a source of endless motivation and unwavering support. Her kindness, encouragement, and genuine belief in her students’ potential have made a lasting impact on me, both personally and professionally. She motivates everyone around her with her energy, her passion for nursing, and her ability to make each student feel seen and valued.
Her support has helped me grow not only in my clinical skills but also in my confidence and drive to be the best nurse I can be. She doesn’t just teach, she inspires.
