Not only does Robin Meyer help me with my own treatment at the infusion center - explaining everything to me, making sure I am comfortable, but she also went above and beyond in my professional aspect. I had to give blood with the new EPIC system. I called the 8th floor and nobody there could help me, so I called Robin at the infusion center. She tried to explain over the phone, but I still couldn't figure it out. Time was running out and I was going to have to return the blood to the blood bank. But then Robin stopped what she was doing and ran to the 7th floor to physically show me and my co-workers how to document it. When I am her patient she goes above and beyond and does the same when I am working. She has that kindness and a caring trait that makes her a great nurse. Always a team player- "working like a well-oiled machine" with her co-workers.
