Not only is Robin always quick to help fellow staff, but she also serves as a great resource and is committed to doing what is best for our patients. I came into a nightshift and had a very heavy assignment which included a patient that would require almost a 1:1 ratio. Robin recognized that the patient needed this type of care during this tenuous time and took my other patients as her own. She is a true testament to doing what is best for our patients.
