Robin made me feel important and that my needs were important to her! She made sure I had something to eat when the kitchen closed, my phone was not working and she made sure I had one to use and she did it all with a smile! She shared with me important information that was very useful and helpful and she didn't make me feel like she was too busy, even though I knew she had many other patients. She made me feel like I was her only patient! She does her job with a smile on her face, a positive attitude and she is very spirited! She's a real keeper!
