Robin has been my nurse for years, every time I see my physician. Robin always makes me feel welcome and she takes time with me and I never feel rushed. She always asks personal questions with such respect. I have never felt uncomfortable in the office. Today she was especially kind, as she was training a new nurse. She asked me if I minded her bringing the new nurse in and of course, I did not mind. I watched Robin teach this new nurse how to do some basic procedures and Robin used such patience and clarity in helping the new nurse - and she managed to include me in the conversations. Robin also took the time to ask about my son's wedding and genuinely showed interest when I shared a wedding photo with her. I always enjoy going to Family Medical Group. Robin and Dr. R are the best team ever and I feel very fortunate to be a patient of theirs. Robin is a shining example of what a nurse should be: kind, caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable.
