Last July, I had a procedure in endoscopy. I had a sleep study prior to this procedure. I had issues with breathing during the procedure. My nurse, Robin, went above and beyond. She called and figured out why I had not received my C-PAP machine. I later learned there had been issues with my insurance, but no one told me. Robin made sure to help get things rolling. I completed my procedure at 2 p.m., and by 4 p.m. that day, I had my CPAP machine. Because of Robin and her willingness to go above and beyond, I have the machine that is helping me to feel better and treat my sleep apnea. I wanted everyone to know that Robin’s kindness and willingness to help me and keep me safe needs to be rewarded. Thank you, Robin, for your wonderful care.
