Robin S. Goodspeed, RN

Ms. Robin was a Godsent at a time when my 4-year-old was critically ill. He had complicated pneumonia with a chest tube and was in a lot of pain. Ms. Robin came in with help, and kindness, and was very joyful. She was so knowledgeable and made me feel at peace that my son was in good hands. She only spoke positive things about our situation and listened to my concerns and what I knew about what worked and what didn’t work for my son. She was quick to anticipate my son’s needs and was a step ahead before things changed or his condition needs. She took care of his IV needs, and pain control, was quick to notify doctors or other departments of areas of concern, and treated us like we were the only patient she had. She never grumbled or acted in a hurry and best of all she was our nurse on the day we finally got to go home. She’s awesome!
