We serve a challenging population, and it takes special people to give consistently day in and day out. I want to show appreciation to Nurse Robin, who provides excellent advocacy services to all our very ill patients. She has demonstrated exemplary customer service to ensure our patients receive the best care. She goes above and beyond to provide the assistance needed each day. Recently, she assisted the medical clinic and the legal team in transitioning a patient from here to receive the care he required, from attending appointments to reporting outcomes. We work as a team, and you can always count on her to help in any way. She will be moving on to another hospital area, but our patients and staff will miss her dearly. Congratulations, Robin!
