I was admitted for asthma. I hate being in the hospital ever since my back surgery, and I was terrified. After 2 days, my anxiety and depression were getting worse, and I was struggling to breathe; it just was not letting up. Robin walked into my room a few times to check on me and found me in tears. She was so gentle, kind and caring. She sat with me and hugged me. It's really what I needed at that time. She went into superhero action and worked with the doctor to get some meds to calm my nerves. She continued to lift my spirits, made me laugh and sometimes even made me forget I was in the hospital. I've had several hospital stays, but this was my first impression of Bailey. If at all possible, I will always choose this hospital. Robin went the extra mile.
