Robin is so special that she made a difference by alleviating my concerns and reducing my anxiety prior to my procedure. Being a seasoned nurse, she demonstrated expertise, unreserved kindness, and superior skills. She promoted a hospitable environment by being respectful and responding to my unique needs as evident in her delivery of care.
While I was being prepped, I was appreciative of the rapport that Robin established with me. She was not only concerned about what my needs were but showed concern for me as an individual. She treated me with respect and communicated my plan of care with me and my family.
