When I was in pain, Robin came to check up on me. She emphasized the information, education, and assurance that this extremeheadache was one side effect of a spinal tap. She medicates me and visits to see that I am OK. It's not "customer service" that Robin provided me with, but with care-providing services similar to in-home support services. She exemplifies indeed a compassionate, empathetic and sensitive position as she is a true nurse. When Robin's shift ended she always came to check on me.
Overall I am at a loss for words because every doctor, nurse or employee assumed such genuine smiles, courtesy, and an "I care" attitude. But again, Robin is the person I saw in each body and soul I met with as to my care. Robin is a great asset to teach others the principles. Robin not once reflected frustration at all. Robin is a true DAISY Nurse.
Robin came forth with professionalism, personality, character, ethics, and knowledge.
Robin was informative and educated in the field of medicine and care-providing services. She opened the doors during my entire stay and treatment at Scripps Mercy Hospital.
