Robin made us feel like a part of the Team and made sure we were educated on everything that was happening.
My mom was admitted to the hospital, and for the next two days, she declined, went into AFIB, and was no longer responsive. Robin floated to the floor my mom was on, and we were blessed to have them. When Robin walked into the room and looked at my mom, they started asking questions about her care and said, “This woman belongs in the ICU.” Robin quickly called a Rapid Response. Once the rapid response team came in, Robin took charge; within minutes, they drew three vials of blood and personally took my mom to CT. Within an hour and a half from this nurse walking into my mom's room, she was in ICU, and the following day, we had a diagnosis. What my family witnessed of Robin's outstanding skill, compassion, and ability to take charge of the situation made our family feel some help for our mother had finally arrived. Robin saved her life. My mother would not be alive today if they hadn’t been her nurse.

My sister was recently in the ICU. The care we got was exemplary. Robin made us feel like a part of the Team and made sure we were educated on everything that was happening. We did not feel "in the dark" because of this nurse. I felt like he held our hand and guided us during terrible uncertain days. Robin's communication skills with us were better than any I have experienced, and they constantly updated us. Robin seemed to have a 6th sense about when we needed to be alone with her. Robin allowed us time and space to be with her and speak our hearts to her without interruptions. I can't speak highly enough of this nurse and wanted to share. They made us feel like they were almost part of the family.
