A patient was worried about his cat and refusing to go to rehab. Robin stepped up to the plate and volunteered to take care of the cat while the patient was at rehab. The patient seemed much more relieved and was willing to go to rehab to be able to have a safe discharge home. She is a true team player and knows how stressful leaving behind a beloved animal by themselves without food or water can be. She truly delivers excellence.
