Robyn Eischens, RN

Robyn Eischens is a superwoman! It is hard to put into words how hard she works because she is constantly helping to give meds, land patients from surgery, staff the unit, precept and mentor new staff, direct family and visitors, and do her committee work for the unit. She is an incredible resource to new staff and never makes you feel dumb for asking questions. She is always encouraging, always patient, and always upbeat. She works tirelessly to ensure the best outcomes for our patients and the best workflow/staffing for our staff. Robyn has mentored me personally in several areas of my growth as a nurse, and I could not be more grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from someone so supportive. This helped my transition as a new nurse as well as a progressive care RN and charge RN. She takes the time to get to know all the staff on our unit and ensure they're feeling supported at work. There aren't enough words in the world to describe how amazing Robyn is--and we are so, so, so grateful that she is ours! She deserves to be recognized for EVERYTHING she does--and she does it without asking for anything in return. She embodies a true DAISY Nurse. Extraordinary doesn't even begin to cover it!
