Robyn Frederick, RN
As a caregiver myself and the wife of a combat Veteran who served over 20 years, I can honestly say that the service Robin Frederick provides has been some of, if not the best, primary care nursing service my husband has ever received.
Each time we have had Primary Care appointments, she has gone above and beyond to make sure my husband has everything he needs.
She always calls to follow up on his care as well and always answers our calls in a timely manner whenever we need something.
The care and compassion she shows are outstanding.
We sat in the waiting room and even watched her interact with other Veterans and their families. Every time she spoke with patients, families, or staff, she was kind, caring, and focused on providing excellent care.
If the VA had more nurses like Robin, I can't imagine what an even better place the VA would be.
I wanted to nominate Robin Frederick for the DAISY Award for the care she provides. She is an outstanding member of the VA and deserves much recognition for her service.
