Robyn is incredibly focused and thorough with her patient care. She often stops to ask questions and think about her patient as a whole, diving into pathophysiology and how it ties into the assessment of her patient. She completes head-to-toe assessments from memory and can identify areas outside of WNLs. Cardiac knowledge is very apparent and impressive. She is never afraid to ask questions and admit when she is uncertain. She accepts criticism very well, adapts, and carefully applies corrections. Patients have reported she is empathetic, kind, and she establishes great relationships with them. She did not require a single cue on basic nursing skills such as hanging IV medications, emptying drains, vitals, PEG or NG tubes, trach suctioning, etc. She clearly has established a great skill set as a tech! Overall, she is very independent and knowledgeable. Thus far, Robyn has modeled with confidence an Extraordinary Nurse.
