Robyn Welling, RN

Robyn recently provided deeply personal, patient-centered care by gently brushing out a painful mat of hair, an act that restored comfort and dignity and left a lasting emotional impact. Robyn is equally supportive of her coworkers and is often “caught caring,” stepping in without hesitation to help others.

Most recently, she assisted the MedSurg team with the new ACT charting system, taking time to teach and guide nurses through the transition. Her kindness, professionalism, and commitment to both patients and colleagues exemplify the true spirit of the DAISY Award.
