Robyn had a patient who was here on his Birthday. He has no family. Most of his family was killed in concentration camps. He has no friends that were able to come to see him. She got a cake for him for his birthday and she offered to cut him a piece. He replied yes you can cut all of us a piece. I don't want to do it alone. She left the room and thought that this was an opportunity for the team to do something good. She got a group of team members and purchased a gift from the Gift Shop and a card. They all signed the card and took balloons. They all went and had birthday cake with him. She created a special moment for the patient and her peers. What a great leader! Robyn showed great compassion.
