Rochelle is a very hard working person. She advocates for the well-being of the patient. There are so many examples that I can think of that show just how much of an exceptional nurse Rochelle is. The one that comes to mind is from a few months ago. She communicated with a patient in her care, acting as an intermediary between the patient and the hospital team. This was an extremely stressful situation that she handled exceptionally well. She is a very caring, skilled nurse. She is also a great teacher and will take time to teach and mentor other nurses and staff members. She is the type of nurse that I wish to strive to be. She is the nurse that any patient is thankful to have on their care team.
