Rochelle takes excellent care of her patients. She was nominated for her outstanding careof many mothers who lost their babies during delivery. On one busy day, Rochelle volunteered to take an extra patient assignment so that she could provide the special attention toa mother who just delivered a fetal demise.Rochelle was able tocoordinate asouvenirphotography session after normal businesshours, asshe knew this would mark a special moment in the mothers healing process.In this particular case, Rochelle tookextra time to dress the baby nicely so that the mother would be proud to have her picture taken with the baby. Themother, initially distraught, looked atRochelle with alook of gratitude. Although still speechless,she smiled and gave a thumbs-up. Rochelle's kindness and compassion has touched many mothers through these tragic events.
