Meeting Rocio has given me relief of comfort and support by the way she went out of her way to secure my safety. She made me feel safe by putting the bed alarm on so I don't get up knowing I was dizzy and having swollen knees, explaining all medications and all side effects and what the medication does for me, and coming in more than she should have to make my stay more comfortable. A nurse like Rocio is great to have on your staff. She is a role model for other nurses and follows hospital guidelines and her own guidelines to secure safety and happiness.
