Rocky made me feel so secure in a time of trauma. He made sure I was comfortable and his concern and attentiveness to my medical concerns were above normal. He was courteous and professional and had a very calming effect on me. Just knowing he was my nurse made me feel confident that I received the best care possible.
He was exceptional from the day I arrived. He has gone beyond exceptional. My cardiologist ordered a life vest defibrillator for me but told me that Monday was the soonest they could call in this request and have it delivered. My departure date could be extended until Wednesday. Meantime, Rocky called the case manager and ordered my life vest today (Sunday) and the Rep from life vest came to my room at 2 pm all set to demonstrate the vest. I was in awe of his excellence!
I sincerely mean that Rocky goes far beyond anyone's expectation. He is humble, courteous and so good at his job. He really has "The Gift."
