Roderick took the time to respond to reach request made by my wife. He answered every concern in a very professional way. Every person, nurse, respiratory therapist, doctor, even the cleaning staff showed a new and pleasant demeanor. When you are sick it is difficult to keep a smile on your face, but I know now that keeping her room clean made a difference to my wife. She felt respected.
