The few shifts we had Rodney Stice as our nurse, we felt very calm with explanations of each update that was very easy for us to comprehend. Rodney made our tragic experience a little easier for our family to handle. He was very professional and personable. The combination of those two qualities shows through to his work. I love how he responds to my daughter’s requests and ours. Rodney, in my heart, in my eyes, in my motherly opinion, I strongly believe he deserves this award.
