Rodney Telomen, RN, Endoscopy was recognized for his compassionate care. Here are some excerpts about Rodney from a patient letter:
A patient shares "We had been waiting for what seemed like an eternity in the endoscopy waiting room. Rodney had walked by a couple times during his shift and recognized us. After he had completed his shift, he took the time to come back and talk with us for almost an hour making sure we were doing ok. He then went into the recovery room to check on the status of my father and report to us! He wasn't even on the clock! His words of comfort and concern made the extremely long wait time so much more bearable! His kindness and after hours concern was worthy of a note. Thank-you so much for being a wonderful caregiver for the hospital and going the extra mile even though he wasn't your patient".
