I had Rodney as my nurse two days in a row. He anticipated my needs without my having to call. Even when he was overloaded with a hospice patient, he was in my room in less than 2 minutes to address my request. He was pleasant and not rushing me. He listened to my suggestions and worked with me to figure out the best way to get my full medication, so it didn't get lost in the TPN being infused. When I told him my needs he understood and explained everything so I would understand and kept me up-to-date on working with the needs I would have when I got home.
