As an IEN, Rodolfo had experienced the challenges of assimilating into a new environment and workplace when he arrived in Toronto, Canada. Rodolfo would take them under his wing, introducing them to their colleagues and providing them with valuable insights into the cultural nuances and unfamiliar practices.
