Rodolfo has consistently been recognized by patients, by way of discharge phone calls or letters sent. Recently, a patient's wife wrote in her letter, describing him as "the most compassionate, kind and caring person" she has ever met in the medical field, as "he goes above and beyond for his patients". She particularly appreciated him for taking the time to speak with and update the family, knowing her husband could not speak.
