A patient's family stated that Roger is very dedicated and made sure their mom was comfortable and well taken care of. She went into a flash pulmonary edema while Roger was clocking out to go home for the day. He heard the page over the PA and realized who it was. He came running back to help and was very compassionate to the family after the event. The family wanted to nominate Roger to thank him.
