Roger McCoy, once again you showed the true nature of your heart. During a time of great sadness and loss in my life, you disregarded your own comfort to work on a day I needed off. Roger, you never cease to amaze the staff at ALMH. Your commitment to providing great care to the patients as well as helping ease the burden of other staff members is a benchmark that all of us should try to aspire to. Your sacrifice on your day off, to help out covering a staffing opening is something that not only touched the staff but my family as well. You allowed me to mourn the loss of a great man and I was also able to help support my family and my wife during this time, thank you. I hope that in some small way this shows how important you are to this community and the staff here at ALMH.
