Over and above the call of duty. Did not "check boxes" and move on to the next task or patient. This nurse is beyond exceptional. He takes education and experience, coupled with compassion, and gives his patients above-average care. He communicates clearly and leaves no questions unanswered. He is engaging, insightful, and friendly. He is efficient. He has the respect of his patients and his co-workers. Roger is a wealth of comfort and knowledge. He makes even the most critical patients feel more at ease with their stay. Roger is an incredible asset to this facility.

Roger is beyond professional in his knowledge and his ability to care for his patients. It's also evident that he goes above and beyond for his patients' well-being as well. His compassion is unlike any I have ever experienced toward my father. He made sure to ask certain questions to make my father more at ease with all the changes he was going through, rather than just rushing through his routine care. It takes special people to have hearts to notice when a patient is unsettled by an abnormal routine, and they take more time. I feel Roger's knowledge, empathy, and wonderful, warm personality definitely warrant a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart.
