Roger exemplifies all of the characteristics of an Extraordinary Nurse. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, respectful, caring and a true patient advocate. He cared for our father in the ICU after his open-heart surgery. Roger's sense of humor and confident, caring manner put us all at ease. He is a role model to his co-workers because it is clear they look to him for direction and guidance when they have questions. Roger is fantastic!
