Rogerio took care of my husband on the evening/night shift, and he had an incredible bedside manner where he showed all of the I-CARE values. He was so kind and respectful and took the time to make sure my husband was taken care of completely. He acted promptly and diligently when my husband’s blood pressure dropped, and he got dizzy. Rogerio called for help immediately and took all the right steps to make sure my husband was safe and stable. I will be forever grateful for Rogerio, and I believe his demonstration of I-CARE values should be recognized. He is a truly caring and kind individual, and you can tell he takes great pride in his career. Thank you, Rogerio!
