“While I was in Recovery Roland performed above and beyond the call of duty by giving me answers that I did not get from other nurses. He showed me the side of nursing – compassionate and professional care. He took the time to explain my care in a simple way that I can easily understand. I was scared and he comforted me in how he spoke to me. The way Roland interacted with me was caring and made me feel safe and comfortable under his care considering the procedure I had. I had a lot of surgeries through Kaiser and never have seen the quality of professionalism in Roland in the job he’s performing.”
