Rolanda is a nurse that always asks questions and is a real go getter. She is a team leader that everyone looks up to. Rolanda stays to make sure that everyone has completed their tasks and always has a positive attitude. She is constantly being named in our patient experience rounds as a very attentive and kind nurse.

We had a complicated patient that was alert and oriented but very frustrated with his situation. Rolanda took the time to explain his devices to him. She made him feel comfortable and built trust with him. This set a standard for the rest of the staff. She is the "real deal" when it comes to the holistic approach to nursing. I am very grateful to have someone so kind and gentle to care for our patients.
