Rolando Santana Banos, RN, BSN

Rolando is a registered nurse at Orlando Health South Lake Hospital and currently works in the Intermediate Cardiac Care unit. He began at Orlando Health South Lake in early 2021 and has quickly become an integral part of the team. He is a role model to his peers and consistently gets praise from patients for his compassionate care. Rolando is a perfect example of what it means to be a nurse and meet all the needs of his patients.

One recent patient explained his care as a wonderful, compassionate example for the nursing profession. He treats every patient with respect and provides compassionate care with comfort and support. He is equally respected by his peers and team members for his exceptional nursing care and bedside manner.
