Rolee has done an exceptional job in giving me post-delivery care. She was very patient with me and was able to explain all the important information I needed. Her facial expressions and way of talking calmly, really impacted me and my family during our hospital stay. She went the extra mile. One by making sure that the temperature of the AC is up to our comfort, she assisted me by providing us with anything we needed at any time of her shift. What I like the most is that she has touching counseling skills, she gave guidance regarding post-partum care and the care for my baby at home. She deserves this appreciation because she just made a huge and remarkable experience for me and to my family. All I can say is, ROLEE, your care and dedication are truly personified. Thank you.
