I am pleased to highly commend Roleen Reliquias of the ICU department. I have known him for years, especially during the 1st CABG procedure, as the ICU nurse who cared for my previous operative patient. I had an opportunity to observe his participation and interaction in the special procedure.

He is well-equipped to grow from challenges and demonstrates good traits such as patience, teaching ability, and confidence in every CABG procedure. He extended his duty from 12 to 16 hours. I remembered during the 1st CABG procedure. He went to the hospital by 12noon and stayed until 8 am the following day, with a positive response, just to learn about a new special procedure for his personal growth.

I really appreciate his work and the countless hours he dedicates to every CABG procedure. He has a positive attitude toward his ICU nurses and consistently motivates them to have a pleasurable work experience, which results in high levels of target achievement.

With such a time when two special procedures at the same time and day for a week, the CABG, Kidney transplant, together with the preventive maintenance and terminal cleaning of the ICU, you showed professionalism and leadership, especially your positive outlook, regardless of the understaffing circumstances.
