Roman is a dedicated and hardworking nurse who is always willing to help others. Roman listens carefully and takes her time to explain to the patient and family. A patient called her "an angel with a huge heart". Roman provided care by going above and beyond while showing empathy. This makes the biggest difference to her patients. Roman is also an active member of Nurse Coordinating Council and strives to make improvements in her work environment.
