You can’t imagine the relief I felt when the door opened to see Roman's face. I knew I was in excellent hands as I have had him as a nurse before, and he is wonderful. First, I love his calm demeanor. He patiently and calmly explaines what is going on, any test results, and next steps. Second, he takes his time to listen. Roman's professionalism is soothing. He is gentle and kind and puts me at ease. Roman understands what and how to communicate to his patients to achieve the best result. He explains medical terms in a way that is easy to understand. Third, Roman is very attentive regardless of if it’s an extra pillow or administering medication. If Roman tells you his coming right back, he is. He always maks sure his patients are taken care of. He wants his patients to feel comfortable and at ease. He welcomes questions and makes sure you are okay before he leaves. I believe in recognizing a job well done and he is worthy of that praise.
