Rommel makes me happy. He is very courteous, and his smile made me want to stay. He made me feel comfortable. Even when I was on the toilet, he offered to give me wipes and help me. He's a very nice man. He made me smile and made my stay more comfortable. I have a lot of nurses, and no one has treated me with kindness and respect, and has cared about my past. I hate being in the hospital, and he educated me and made my anxiety go away. With his gentle hand and compassion. I would love to recognize Mr. Rommel.
