Rommel was recognized by his clinical instructors for his exceptional nursing care particularly noting an occasion during his Mental Health clinical rotation in which he went above and beyond to connect with his patients.  Rommel's professor said that he is an excellent student who demonstrates all the qualities that a deserving recipient should demonstrate.  Rommel is kind and compassionate, not only with patients and their family but with peers and faculty as well. His clinical evaluations note that he is always willing to assist others and serves as a role model to other students.  Rommel 's positive attitude and upbeat manner make him a well-regarded student in the class and clinical settings.
