The care I received when I brought my young child into the Emergency Department was second to none. We were sent back to a room where Ron would be the nurse. He assessed my child and discussed what he found which was reassuring to me.
Despite working in healthcare myself, I was nervous about my child's care. Ron was very supportive, yet thorough, and I was informed every step of the way. I cannot even begin to thank him for going the extra mile. I want to express my gratitude for making that stressful situation the best it could be.
