Ron Foliente welcomed us into the pediatric department when my daughter was transferred. During that time, we were uncertain about what procedure they were going to do with my daughter. Ron made sure that my daughter felt comfortable. He ensured he did not leave my daughter's room without answering our questions. He took time to do his job, showed compassion, and made us feel we were home. He answered the call timely and provided everything we needed during our stay. Ron made sure he put a smile on my daughter's face, even at times when she was in much pain. He showed empathy to us. During our stay, we felt that we could entrust our daughter's life to him, not being worried that our daughter would be in any harm.
