At a time that is very stressful for our family, Ron was very kind and empathetic. He went above and beyond. He explained the procedures and asked if we had any questions. He made us feel reassured. He took the time to sit down and have lunch with us. He made us feel as if we were family. He made our Mom feel like he was a relative taking care of her. We couldn't have asked for a kinder, more caring soul.
