Ron cared for both my wife during her vascular blood clot issue and IVC filter and me for a cardio version. His serious, yet enjoyable attitude is second to none, making the procedures as pleasant as possible. He was willing to explain all that was occurring. He stayed with us throughout the process, returned us to the lobby and even made coffee for me. What a great guy and asset to Mercy Health. Kudos to Ron!
