The first time my daughter and I met Ron, we were both a bit sad and upset. He noticed right off. He talked with us, we shed a few tears, then he had us smiling. He and my daughter connected. She gave him her cancer bracelet that he obviously has a lot of and put it on his arm. He is a beautiful soul and always puts a huge smile on my daughter's face, we love him for that. He is an awesome nurse and friend.
