Ron made a difficult time easier for my husband and me, and also our daughter! When he brought my husband to his room on the 2nd floor, he gave him a wooden cross that he had carved, it was a nice leather necklace. It was beautiful. Thanks again, Ron.

ER Nurse Ron was friendly, understandable and compassionate, and best of all good-humored, lots of banter with Mom and family that made us feel at ease. He also pursued her low pulse rate which led to the discovery of some medication issues.
