Since there is so much about this man and his care of patients that is excellent, it is difficult to choose one situation. He checks on me frequently without waiting for the call button. When I was discouraged and despondent, he sat with me and gently provided support and encouragement. Ron is always respectful, always helpful, despite pulling 3 12-hour shifts in a row.

He was polite and respectful to my wife when she pointed out a problem during intake/pre-op testing procedure. He expertly managed equipment and procedures when others had difficulty. When supervising a new RN who made some mistakes, he never criticized, but gently showed how they could be corrected.
