Ronald demonstrates professionalism at work and always has excellent interpersonal skills with peers, doctors, patients and family members. He goes above and beyond to please his patients by keeping them and their families informed with every step of the Cardiac Cath procedure. Patients are afraid. It is scary to have a Cardiac Cath but when Ronald is the primary nurse, the patient finds comfort in his kindness and caring nursing practice.
Ronald calls the patients back after the procedure to ensure that they have what they need and have an understanding of all test results. Ronald goes the extra mile to protect the patient from the fear of having a Cardiac Cath and ensures they have a full understanding of all test results.
